You've left the IT department behind
When you worked for a bigger company, IT just happened. Your laptop arrived ready, your email worked, passwords reset themselves, and if something broke you called the helpdesk.
Then you start your own business, and suddenly you're the IT department. Most new business owners end up with a personal Gmail address, a laptop with no backup and the same password everywhere. It works, until a client gets a fake invoice from your address, or your laptop dies with everything on it.
We give you what you had at your old job: a properly set up business, and someone to call. At a price that makes sense for a business with one, two or five people.
Everything a new business needs
- Your domain name (yourbusiness.com.au), registered in your company's name
- Business email on your own domain, not Gmail or Hotmail
- Microsoft 365 for email, files, Teams and Office apps
- Shared mailboxes like info@ or accounts@
- Multi-factor authentication and email security from day one
- Laptops set up, secured and ready to work
- Automatic backups for email and files
- Wifi and network for your office or home office
- Your website and domain admin looked after
- A password manager, so nobody shares passwords in a spreadsheet
Co-founders and business partners
Starting with a partner? We can act as an independent administrator for your email, domain and website, and only make changes to access with written approval from all owners. Nobody gets locked out, and everything is in writing.
How it works
- A short phone call about your business and what you need
- A fixed-price quote in writing before we start
- Setup done in days, not weeks
- A one-page handover showing what's set up and who has access
- Then month-to-month support, or just call us when you need us
Switching an existing business to us has no setup fee. Building IT from zero for a brand-new business is a fixed-price project, because there's real work in it, and you'll know the price before anything starts.
Questions
What IT does a new small business need?
At minimum: a domain name, business email on that domain, multi-factor authentication, a backup of your files and email, and up-to-date security on your laptop. Microsoft 365 covers most of this in one subscription.
Should I use Gmail for my new business?
A personal Gmail address makes a new business look less professional and is harder to secure and hand over later. Business email on your own domain costs only a few dollars a month per person.
Can you set up our IT before we have an office?
Yes. Most new businesses start from home or a shared space. Everything we set up is cloud-based, so it moves with you.
