Your tenant, your licences
Your Microsoft 365 tenant and licences stay in your business's name. If you ever leave us, you keep everything: your email, your files and your accounts. Nothing is held hostage.
Which Microsoft 365 plan do you need?
Business Basic covers email, Teams and web versions of Office. Business Standard adds the desktop apps. Business Premium adds Intune device management, Defender security and Conditional Access, and is what we recommend for most businesses that handle client data or money.
Questions
Is Microsoft 365 migration included in the monthly fee?
Yes. For businesses on our managed plan, migrating email and files to Microsoft 365 has no extra charge. Microsoft licences are paid separately.
Can you move us from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365?
Yes. We move email, calendars, contacts and files, switch your domain's email records over, and set up security so nothing is lost along the way.
Do we keep our Microsoft 365 if we stop using you?
Yes. The tenant and licences belong to your business. We hand over admin access cleanly if you leave.
