Security included, not sold as an extra
On our managed plan, cyber security is part of the monthly fee. You don't have to buy a separate security package to be protected properly.
- Endpoint protection and antivirus on every computer
- Multi-factor authentication on email and key systems
- Security updates for Windows, macOS and common apps
- Device encryption, so a lost laptop isn't a data breach
- Admin rights removed from everyday accounts
- Ransomware protection and backups that are tested by restoring them
- Short, practical security awareness for staff
Aligned to the Australian Essential Eight

Questions
Is cyber security included in managed IT support?
Yes. Endpoint protection, multi-factor authentication, patching, encryption and backup monitoring are all included in the monthly fee.
Do small businesses really get hacked?
Yes, and often. Most attacks aren't targeted at a business by name. They're automated, and they find whoever hasn't done the basics.
